Production Specialist
We are looking for a Production Specialist to join our Wafer Fabrication team in Lawrence, MA! The Production Specialist will perform wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices in a clean room environment by following written specifications and performing multiple operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operating standard wafer fab equipment for various fab operations.
- Data Entry - Manual data entry on process travelers, SPC charts and logbooks, and computer data entry for lot tracking and equipment tracking.
- Work on assignments under general supervision.
- Learn the process flow of the various wafer fab functions.
- Interact with all levels of employees to increase output, reduce waste, standardize work instructions, incorporate continuous improvement, and improve communications and cooperation between departments.
- Engage in daily production operations and anticipate product problems (i.e. so that loss of work hours is minimized, and production objectives are met).
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and demonstrate working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Work with engineering to update technical documents and process/work specifications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements/
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0 – 2 years' experience, preferably working in a wafer fab or manufacturing environment
- Ability to process travelers and specifications.
- Good hand and finger dexterity to handle wafers without damaging them
- Ability to work with close supervision and instruction
- Demonstrates a willingness and aptitude to learn job tasks and procedures
- Highly motivated and ability to work well with coworkers
- Ability to communicate well both written and verbal
10% shift differential applied when working this shift.
Please note while this is a 2nd shift opportunity, we are asking that the incumbent trains with our 1st shift team for the first 3 months.

Pay Range:
The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $17.00 - $27.00.*
* Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
