Perform and manage a preventative maintenance program for packaging equipment to keep it in “as new” condition;
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and packaging line equipment using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools;
Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments and adjust components as needed;
Lead production mechanics and provide technical support across shifts;
Maintain safe and clean working environment and manage inventory of parts and supplies
