Senior Technician-Equipment
Microchip DPG has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technician-Equipment. The right candidate will repair and maintain electro-mechanical equipment used in the production semiconductor equipment, or any other duties, as directed.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Ability to repair electro-mechanical equipment or assemblies.
- Ability to perform PM and general maintenance on production equipment.
- Ability to work from schematics, mechanical drawings, or written instructions.
- Experience in the use of multimeters, soldering irons and mechanical tools.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Ability to use MS Office.
- Ability to interface with parts or service vendors.
Requirements/
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of production manufacturing equipment.
- Trade school or post high school certificate training in electronics.
- Experience with calibration of equipment, vacuum systems, and electronics.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Machine shop experience.

Pay Range:
The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $24.52-$53.85.
* Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
