Packer Team Member

Marathon Staffing is seeking a reliable Packer Team Member to support light industrial operations for our clients. In this role, you will accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, follow work orders, and meet production and quality standards. You'll inspect items for defects, use basic warehouse equipment, and keep your work area clean and organized. The position requires standing, lifting, and repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, and seal products according to work orders and client specifications
• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
• Prepare finished goods for shipment, including boxing and palletizing
• Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines at all times
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as tape dispensers and pallet jacks (if trained)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Meet or exceed daily production and accuracy targets
• Communicate issues with materials, equipment, or quality to supervisors promptly
