Marketing Communications Officer

• Develop creative and high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy) for social media and website, aligning with brand goals and campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including search engine and social media advertising.
• Research industry trends and integrate insights into content strategies.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to ensure content supports overall objectives.
• Operate cameras and equipment to produce high-quality photo and video content, including shooting, editing or retouching (mainly for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and You Tube).
• Brainstorm and present new content ideas to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Appear in content when required.
• Track, analyze, and report on website, social media, and advertising performance using tools like Google Analytics and others to optimize content strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication / Public Relation / Advertising, GPA min 3.00 from reputable university.
• Have min 1 year work experience in social networking management.
• Relevant experience and a strong portfolio are a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and analysis tools.
• Proficiency in video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut) and image editing (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong analytical, monitoring, and campaign review skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
