Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager, Fluid Solutions develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen customer engagement, build brand awareness, and expand market leadership across the Fluid Solutions portfolio. This hybrid role is based at our Watts Water office in North Andover, MA, three days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders to develop annual marketing strategies, growth initiatives, and go‑to‑market plans.
- Serve as the marketing lead for assigned Fluid Solutions product categories, creating value propositions, positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and customer‑focused marketing objectives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and field channels to drive demand generation and business growth.
- Lead new product launches, commercialization initiatives, and go‑to‑market activities to maximize market impact and adoption.
- Develop customer engagement programs and initiatives that enhance brand awareness, strengthen relationships, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Manage cross‑functional project teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively, aligned with business priorities, and delivered on schedule.
- Oversee marketing budgets and investments to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities; provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyze marketing and business performance data to develop insights, measure outcomes, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Plan and support industry trade shows, conferences, association events, and customer events.
- Partner with marketing specialists and commercial teams to support lead generation, lead nurturing, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and conversion optimization.
- Develop and deliver presentations, business reviews, campaign results, strategic recommendations, and marketing plans to senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, consultants, and marketing service providers.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices, processes, and tools that improve marketing effectiveness, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Promote Watts’ values of Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Transparency in all business interactions.
- Travel up to 20% as required for customer engagement activities, trade shows, industry events, and sales meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing communications, product marketing, demand generation, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support growth and business objectives.
- Experience supporting product launches, commercialization activities, go‑to‑market initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, traditional marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience managing agency partners, vendors, consultants, and external marketing resources.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and insights to measure performance and guide decision‑making.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
