Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (32 hours per week)

Base salary range: $37.90 – $81.44 per hour, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Final salary will be based on education, experience, licensure, and internal equity.

The ICU Registered Nurse provides care to critically ill adult patients using state‑of‑the‑art equipment in our 10‑bed unit. Massachusetts RN licensure and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent are required. Current ICU or Intermediate/Step‑Down Care nursing experience preferred. ACLS certification strongly preferred or must be obtained within three months of hire. Existing Lawrence General Nurses who are MNA members are also eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and manage life‑support equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety activities.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate’s (ASN) with at least two years’ experience in ICU or comparable specialty.
