A long-standing and respected Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in the Lawrence, Massachusetts area is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Management:
Diagnose and treat new and existing patients with acute, episodic, and chronic ENT conditions.

• Procedures:
Independently perform in-office procedures, including flexible and rigid endoscopies.

• Patient Care:
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, prescribe necessary medications, and develop treatment plans.

Collaboration:

Work alongside surgeons to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications

•

Experience:

Candidates should have prior experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) and comfort performing ENT-related procedures in a clinic setting.

• Licensure:
Current Massachusetts PA or NP License (or eligibility to obtain).

•

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting rapport with patients.

Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
