About This Role

The Triage RN at Mass General Brigham will provide patient care and support in an outpatient setting, focusing on phone triage and nurse visits. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

  Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

• Deliver direct patient care and support in the ambulatory care unit.
• Conduct patient assessments and devise care plans.
• Assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:

• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
• Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
• BLS certification preferred
