At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $37.90 - $81.44, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

• Under the direction and leadership of the Nurse Manager, the RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through knowledge of the nursing process and age‑specific requirements, and by following departmental and hospital policy and procedure.
• Perform as a member of the team in the delivery of high quality patient care.

• Massachusetts RN licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 3 years’ PACU/SDC experience.
• ACLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective documentation, delegation, and liaison between patient, physicians, and other hospital disciplines.
• Current Lawrence General Registered Nurses who are MNA members also qualified to apply.
• Rotation, on‑call, and weekend availability required.
