Position Overview
A state‑of‑the‑art chronic dialysis center is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a new unit equipped with the latest dialysis machines.
Responsibilities- Clinical oversight of dialysis patients
- Infection control management
- Quality assurance initiatives
- Personnel leadership, supervision, and training
Current New York State RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience caring for maintenance dialysis patients.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
