Rockville Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN will provide resident care in SNF/Long Term Care, administer medications (including IVs), and perform vital signs and treatments with outcome monitoring.
The role includes educating residents and families, coordinating with physicians and NPs, and supervising CNAs. Alternate weekend shifts are required.
