Compensation:
Base salary range $37.72 to $81.76 per hour, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Final pay will be based on education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are usually below the top of the range to support future salary growth.
This is a system‑level position to influence the professional role, competence, and growth of learners centrally and within the Critical Care setting.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing preferred or currently enrolled in program.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts.
- At least 5 or more years’ RN experience required.
