Travel Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Hueman is hiring Travel Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members across multiple states.

Travel Expectations

This is a multistate travel Nurse Practitioner position. Providers travel throughout assigned regions based on business needs.

  • Average: 35 in-home assessments per week
  • Extended travel assignments (multiple consecutive weeks, including weekends)
  • All travel logistics reimbursed

What You'll Do

As a Travel HRA Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive, non-invasive in-home health assessments
  • Review medical history and perform medication reconciliation
  • Identify care gaps and document findings
  • Provide patient education on wellness and prevention
  • Complete, accurate, timely electronic documentation

Important:
This role does not require prescribing, diagnosing new conditions, or managing ongoing treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree (MSN) or higher from an accredited NP program
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license (multistate licensure preferred)
  • National Board Certification
  • Current BLS or ACLS certification
  • 12+ months of experience as a paid NP is required
