Job Summary
Drip Masters Expert IV Nurses is seeking an experienced Home Infusion RN to join our team of elite-level clinicians in Lawrence, MA. As a nurse-owned infusion company, we specialize in Rare and Autoimmune Treatments and are dedicated to providing extraordinary nursing care that changes lives. We're hiring experienced Home Infusion and Oncology RNs who want to practice at the top of their license and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver specialty infusion and oncology care in patients’ homes with autonomy and clinical judgment
- Provide 1:1 patient care, administering advanced therapies for rare and chronic conditions
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and medication management
- Collaborate with pharmacy and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes and coordinate treatment plans
- Monitor labs and lab results to adjust treatment plans as needed
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Experience in Home Infusion, Oncology, IV Therapy, or Specialty Infusion preferred
- Strong IV skills and critical thinking
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible self-scheduling to balance work and life
