Job Summary

Bartender at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar within Flynn Group – the largest Applebee’s franchisee with over 460 restaurants in 24 states.

• Mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Deliver a friendly and professional experience to staff and customers.
• Assist servers and create a great bar experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to making an impact and delivering excellent service.

• Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly, listen attentively, and wash hands regularly with disinfecting soap.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift.
