OverviewHaffner’s is seeking a Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator. This role supports both Marketing and Retail Operations at Haffner’s. The Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator oversees promotional execution, vendor order management, equipment coordination, signage, floor care, training support, and expense management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities at once.
CompensationSalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications. Minimum salary opportunity: $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Eligible for up to a $300 sign‑on bonus, see hiring manager for details.

- Preferred experience in retail operations, accounting, or administrative support.
- Knowledge of Cigarettes, OTP, and General Merchandise categories is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
