Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator

Overview

Haffner’s is seeking a Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator. This role supports both Marketing and Retail Operations at Haffner’s. The Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator oversees promotional execution, vendor order management, equipment coordination, signage, floor care, training support, and expense management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities at once.

Compensation

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications. Minimum salary opportunity: $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Eligible for up to a $300 sign‑on bonus, see hiring manager for details.

Responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smart Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Preferred experience in retail operations, accounting, or administrative support.
  • Knowledge of Cigarettes, OTP, and General Merchandise categories is a plus.

Job Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach and lift.
