Summary
The Home Stylist guides and inspires customers through personalized styling and product recommendations. The role builds lasting client relationships and supports customers in-store and online.
Responsibilities- Create an appointment-based client experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational standards, including floor and fitting room upkeep.
- Share information about loyalty programs and support the shopping experience from start to finish.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
