Spanish Bilingual Account Executive – Toast

This Spanish Bilingual Account Executive supports new business acquisition within Spanish cuisine, converting inbound demand, uncovering referrals, and demonstrating how Toast’s platform drives success for restaurants.

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the target market
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language
• Ensure the onboarding team and customer are set up for success post‑sale
• Understand the competitive landscape in the market to best position Toast

• Proficient in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Entrepreneurial and feedback‑driven mindset

• Restaurant operations experience
• Experience using Salesforce to track sales activities

Estimated total targeted cash compensation range: $118,000—$189,000 USD (unlimited commissions). Base salary determined by skills, experience, and geographic location.
