Location: Plymouth, MA (On-site with remote Fridays)
Pay: $22–27/hour

This company is known for its trend-driven design, global growth, and collaborative sales culture. They are seeking a Sales Operations / Account Support Specialist to support existing customer accounts and partner closely with Sales leadership in a highly customer-facing, operational role.
Job Description:
The Sales Operations / Account Support Specialist will support Latin American customer accounts by managing day-to-day account communication, sales operations, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service or client support background who is looking to grow into sales operations. There is no new business development or cold calling—this position is focused on supporting and maintaining existing relationships.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with conversion based on performance and demonstrated value during the contract period.
Key Responsibilities- Support existing Latin American customer accounts
- Communicate with customers via email and phone, primarily in Spanish
- Manage account transitions, contacts, and invoicing support
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and internal teams
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth account management
- Assist with internal documentation, reporting, and coordination as needed
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, client services, or sales support
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills (Spanish preferred for client communication)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
