What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee sales directly to end-users of the employer’s products or services for Federal Civilian Agencies
  • Manage a team of Account Managers and supervise both exempt and non-exempt staff
  • Develop and execute territory plans and sales strategies while forecasting sales volumes
  • Cultivate relationships with key channel partners and enterprise customers to achieve sales goals
  • Report sales activities accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
  • 8+ years of experience selling complex infrastructure hardware and/or software products to US Federal Government Civilian Agencies
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience managing a remote field direct/channel sales organization
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding quarterly quotas
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
