- Oversee sales directly to end-users of the employer’s products or services for Federal Civilian Agencies
- Manage a team of Account Managers and supervise both exempt and non-exempt staff
- Develop and execute territory plans and sales strategies while forecasting sales volumes
- Cultivate relationships with key channel partners and enterprise customers to achieve sales goals
- Report sales activities accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with company policies
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years of experience selling complex infrastructure hardware and/or software products to US Federal Government Civilian Agencies
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience managing a remote field direct/channel sales organization
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding quarterly quotas
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Impressive record of achievement as a sales leader focused on selling solutions and hardware
- Experience working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- History of maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical behavior towards customers and employees
