Security Officer - North of Boston​/Merrimack Valley, MA

We are looking for Security Officers to support safety and service excellence across client sites in the North of Boston/Merrimack Valley, MA area. Roles include maintaining a safe environment, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, enforcing procedures, and representing Securitas with professionalism.

• Patrol the facility premises and monitor security cameras and alarms.
• Perform gate and vehicle patrol duties.
• Monitor access points, verify identification badges, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms; assist in resolving issues and report findings.
• Maintain accurate logs and submit required reports.
• Follow emergency procedures for evacuations, medical emergencies, and other critical situations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments and security personnel to coordinate safety and security across the site.

• Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and observational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Security guard certification or related training is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, patrol the facility, and respond to emergencies.
