This is a full-time role for an Installer located at our facility in Lawrence, MA. The Installer will be responsible for installing custom exterior shutters with precision, ensuring customer satisfaction. Each day will require travel and communication while maintaining safety protocols. Additional tasks include measuring, light carpentry, shop support and ensuring work spaces remain organized and clean.

• Proficiency in using power tools and equipment for installation and assembly
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in woodworking and or carpentry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable climbing and working on a ladder during all 4 seasons
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials and maintain physical stamina for on-site work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Prior experience in a similar installer or construction role is a plus
