Think Fast Cleaning Services is a professional window cleaning and exterior maintenance company proudly serving the Greater Boston area. Our team is passionate about delivering clean, streak-free windows and a professional experience from start to finish.

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working outdoors. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, a team mindset, and a “get-it-done” attitude. Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or similar trades (e.g., painting, roofing, gutter installation) is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person.

3 days per week
· 8-hour shifts
· No nights

• Perform professional window cleaning on residential and commercial properties (up to 3 stories)
• Operate ladders and other company equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure job sites are left spotless
• Communicate courteously and clearly with customers on-site
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Accurately record work completed, job notes, and any follow-up items
• Assist team members as needed and perform other cleaning-related tasks

• Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in quality work
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English
• Previous experience in window cleaning or related trades is preferred but not required

  Conditions:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
• Work includes outdoor exposure and varying weather conditions
• Must be comfortable working on ladders and rooftops when needed
• Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
