Commonwealth Land Trust is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support on-site housing properties in Greater Boston and surrounding Massachusetts communities. You will perform general repairs, maintain safe conditions, and assist with preventive maintenance across units and common areas, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Ideal candidates have experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks, and the ability to lift 75 pounds, climb stairs, and work with diverse residents.
