Reentry & Case Management Specialist

Job Location:

Lawrence, MA (Essex County Pre-Release and Reentry Center – Lawrence, MA).

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm. Position type:
Full Time. Salary: $27.40–$28.84 per hour.

• Assess and evaluate offender needs using designated assessment and risk‑assessment instruments.
• Monitor offender compliance with all programs and ECSD rules and regulations.
• Facilitate evidence‑based psycho educational groups for assigned population as defined by the curriculum and according to Spectrum standards.
• Provide re‑entry planning for eligible pretrial inmates.
• Facilitate re‑entry/discharge planning for assigned sentenced populations.
• Complete Strengths, Needs, and Culture Discovery.
• Transfer re‑entry data/progress within the continuum (Middleton, ECPRC, WIT, STAR).
• Provide support and guidance for inmate population to navigate and address needs/issues (Canteen/Inmate Accounts, Property, Visits, Notary services, grievances, and facility processes).

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, human services, education or a closely related field required.
• CADC or LADC preferred.
• Knowledge of local/regional community resources for substance‑use recovery and reentry stabilization.
