Vocational Case Manager – Supported Employment Program/Individual Placement (IP)
Pay: $21.00 per hour. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Vocational Programs, the Case Manager will work closely with clients, families, funding agencies, and community partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive case management and employment services to individuals with disabilities.
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized personal and employment plans.
- Connect clients with appropriate resources and support them in achieving their personal and employment goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with developmentally disabled or mental health populations.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Current insurance with a clean DMV record.
- Experience commensurate with the role.
