Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our operations by ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that directly contribute to our supply chain and logistics efforts.
Responsibilities- Receive and process incoming shipments by unloading trucks and checking items against packing lists.
- Pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and attention to detail.
- Pack products for shipping and prepare appropriate shipping documentation.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, ensuring all items are stored appropriately and safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
