Lumber Liquidators is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support daily accounting operations and month-end processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits while assisting with special projects and process improvements.

Summary

• Reconcile daily and month-end bank accounts
• Audit and process credit card bills
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Research customer disputes, chargebacks, and NSF checks
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
• Assist with audits and special projects
• Help standardize procedures to improve efficiency
• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office;
  Quick Books/ERP preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
