** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment safely and efficiently

+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery

+ Assist with material handling, loading, and stockpile management

+ Monitor production quality and report issues promptly

+ Support team operations by following all safety and environmental guidelines

** What Are We Looking For*
* + Ability to work safely and follow established procedures

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Capability to operate and maintain heavy equipment

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
