Compensation and Schedule
:
Starting rate $21.24 per hour, with a night shift premium of $2. Work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 schedule, either 7:30AM‑7:30PM or 7:30PM‑7:30AM. Responsibilities

• Monitor plastic extrusion or stranding lines to ensure high‑quality, timely cable production.
• Perform machine startups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance.
• Execute measurement checks to meet quality standards.
• Report production issues and equipment concerns proactively.
• Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse roles within the last 7 years.
• Ability to pass a skills test, background check and drug screening.
• Visual ability to distinguish 12 basic colors.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and manually roll reels up to 800lbs (with or without accommodation).
• Comfortable working 12‑hour shifts and performing physical tasks such as stooping, bending, standing and sitting.
• Preferred: proficiency in basic calculations and measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, thickness gauges).
• Full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands and fingers.
