• Operate advanced spray equipment to apply glaze and decorative finishes to tile
• Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments to meet exact specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly
• Conduct and document quality checks to ensure consistent results
• Troubleshoot defects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Support and train team members to build a strong, skilled workforce
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures and work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and product quality
• Manufacturing experience preferred (tile, stone, or ceramics a plus)
