Summit Polymers is seeking an Engineer, Manufacturing (SLMS) to lead Lean initiatives on the plant floor using SLMS (Summit Lean Manufacturing System). This hands-on role focuses on improving operations, solving problems, and driving data‑driven improvements.
The successful candidate will coach operators and supervision in SLMS concepts, apply Kaizen methods, analyze processes, and collaborate with teams across shifts, with occasional travel to other SPI plants.
