Hospitality Associate – Visitor Center
Pay
: $17.00/hour; 40 hours per week, Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat 9:00‑4:00 (working hours 8:15‑5:00). Sunday hours 11:15‑4:30.
Location:
Lawrenceburg, Ky.
Delivers outstanding guest service in retail, hospitality, and visitor center operations. Acts as the first point of contact, ensuring a high‑end, memorable experience for every visitor while supporting daily operations and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Process sales, reservations, and retail transactions; handle cash and inventory.
- Maintain merchandise displays and process online orders.
- Guide guests through experiences, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Assist with events, set‑up, logistics, and facility cleanliness.
- Support marketing activities and uphold food safety and quality standards.
- High school diploma/GED and entry‑level experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Must be 21+ (or 18+ depending on state/local laws).
- Strong communication, math, and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Able to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and complete background/drug screening.
- Occasional travel for meetings/training.

Experience in tourism, visitor services, or sales; knowledge of products.
