Campari Group is building a new distillery in Lawrenceburg, KY. The Operations Manager will own startup readiness from commissioning to Day-1 ramp‑up, coordinating engineering, production, quality, HR and supply chain.
You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage safety and regulatory compliance (TTB), drive rapid stabilization, and partner with contractors to ensure a compliant, efficient operation. A Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and 5+ years in manufacturing are required.
