Serve as the voice of Cabinets To Go
, supporting our customers, stores, and contractors. This role handles inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and store tickets, with a focus on installation service support and resolving escalated matters. You’ll document cases, fulfill POs and parts orders, and coordinate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Summary

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and tickets professionally
• Coordinate with Install Right
  , stores, and contractors to resolve escalated issues
  
  Create, track, and resolve tickets, POs, and parts orders
• Generate parts pricing and approve within assigned LOA
• Enter work orders (WO) in CMC and POs in Net Suite
• Support Gracious Home Cabinetry, Thomas Baker Outdoor Furniture, and Premiere Cabinetry claims
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Act as lead on duty when management is unavailable
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Skilled with ticketing systems, Excel, and customer support software
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Team player who can work independently and meet deadlines
