Join Cabinets To Go as a hands-on IT Support Technician! Help our team stay connected and productive by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PCs, software, printers, and RF guns-both on-site and remotely. Travel to store locations for new openings and remodels, while providing top-notch support to end users.

Summary

• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, RF guns, and software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
• Monitor systems and perform routine IT maintenance
• Set up new users, groups, and access rights in Office 365, Net Suite, Log Fire
• Prepare training rooms and conference spaces for meetings
• Travel to stores for openings, remodels, and IT projects as needed
• Provide excellent local and remote support for end users
• 1+ years experience in IT support or technical roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows (7-10) and Office Suite
• Networking knowledge: cable, fiber, T1, Wi-Fi
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
• Flexible schedule including occasional after-hours support
• Lift 20-50 lbs, walk, stand, bend, reach, climb
• Good vision: close, distance, color, and depth perception
