Position: Process Technician (Split Shift)

Job Details

What You'll Do
  • Own the process:
    Monitor key parameters like cycle times, temperatures, and flow rates to keep production on track.
  • Be the problem solver:
    Troubleshoot issues quickly, run root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Drive improvements:
    Partner with engineers and teammates to optimize processes for greater efficiency, less waste, and better performance.
  • Work with precision:
    Program equipment based on part specifications, verify materials/colors, and aim for scrap-free output.
  • Champion quality:
    Perform checks and inspections to maintain consistency, catching issues before they leave the floor.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Hands-on manufacturing experience, ideally in automotive or plastics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and process monitoring skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate.
