Registered Nurse – OB/GYN | LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum)

Lawrenceburg, TN | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 12-Week Assignment | Expected 36 hours/week

• Provide direct nursing care across labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn nursery settings
• Deliver intrapartum and postpartum care with attention to patient safety and clinical outcomes
• Perform pre-transition newborn care and support couplet care with a 1:1 laboring mom patient ratio
• Utilize facility EHR systems (CPM and MEDHOST) for accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in weekend coverage on an every-other or as-needed basis, with call requirements as needed
• Float to other areas of the unit as needed

• Active RN licensure valid in the State of Tennessee
• Minimum 1 year of experience in OB/GYN nursing
• Previous experience in OB, labor and delivery, and newborn nursery required; intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery knowledge required
• Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, and PALS
• Must be cleared through the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate

• Broad OB experience across multiple care settings within women's services
• Familiarity with CPM and/or MEDHOST electronic health record systems
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player with a positive, professional attitude

• Work in a supportive women's services unit at an established acute care facility in a welcoming community approximately 1.5 hours from Nashville, with access to outdoor recreation, historical attractions, and local events
• Gain meaningful travel nursing experience in a specialized OB/GYN setting with a structured orientation process
