Registered Nurse – OB/GYN | LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum) | Rapid Response Travel Contract

Lawrenceburg, TN | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Weekend hours every other or as needed | Call requirements as needed | 6-Week Assignment

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit, including intrapartum and postpartum care
• Manage laboring patients at a 1:1 ratio and provide couplet care in the postpartum setting
• Deliver newborn nursery care, including pre-transition newborn care
• Float to other areas as needed within the unit
• Document accurately using CPM and MEDHOST EHR systems
• Maintain all required certifications and adhere to facility dress code and compliance standards

• Active RN licensure valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 1–2 years of OB/GYN experience, including Labor & Delivery and nursery
• Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, and PALS
• Experience with pre-transition newborn care
• Rapid Response availability required — must be able to start within 7–10 days of offer acceptance
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel consideration

• Strong background in OB with broad exposure across labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery settings
• Familiarity with CPM and/or MEDHOST electronic health record systems
• Experience serving a diverse patient population across all age groups
• Collaborative team player with a positive, adaptable attitude in fast-paced environments

• Opportunity to work in a focused OB/GYN unit with a supportive women's services team in a community-based acute care setting
• Orientation provided on a biweekly Monday schedule to support a smooth onboarding experience
