Primary responsibilities include:

• General Contractor work (plumbing, painting, sheetrock repair)
• General Electrical work
• Maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment
• Maintenance and repairs of Food Service equipment
• Maintenance and repairs of Kitchen equipment
• Safely operate company truck
• Willingness to learn and expand on current skills and knowledge
• Willingness to learn Maintenance and repairs of Gasoline Dispensers
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Always represent Quik Mart professionally
• Travel to all store locations
• Provide recommendations for improving equipment and store performance
• Maintenance and repairs of building and equipment used by Quik Mart
• Willingness to work closely with Store Managers and Team Members
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Rotate nights – weekends - on call duties with other technicians
• Willingness to adapt to a changing schedule as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Live within service area (Preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• 2+ years general maintenance experience (Preferred)
• HVAC experience (Plus)
• Refrigeration Service (Plus)
• Previous Convenience Store Maintenance (Plus)
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to climb and work from a ladder
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
