We are looking for a dependable, skilled Motorcoach Technician to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready for the road.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience and be comfortable working with diesel engine maintenance and repair, electrical diagnostics, air brake systems, and tire repair and replacement. Responsibilities will include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, completing necessary repairs, and helping ensure our coaches meet company and safety standards.

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs on motorcoaches and commercial passenger vehicles
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and drivetrain components
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and electrical components
• Inspect, maintain, and repair air brake systems
• Perform tire inspections, repairs, replacements, and related maintenance
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform repairs and adjustments to suspension and steering systems
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and help ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and maintenance records
• Identify potential mechanical or safety concerns before they become larger issues
• Work closely with the maintenance and operations team to keep coaches safe, reliable, clean, and road-ready

• Previous experience as a diesel mechanic, bus technician, motorcoach technician, or similar heavy-duty vehicle technician preferred
• Working knowledge of diesel engines and commercial vehicle systems
• Experience with electrical diagnostics, air brake systems, and tire repair
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and commercial vehicle inspection standards preferred
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic software
• ASE certification or equivalent technical training is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable part of a team
• Must supply own basic hand tools
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of assigned work
