Cabinets To Go is looking for a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our Lawrenceburg Distribution Center team! In this role, you’ll operate electric industrial trucks—like reach trucks, forklifts with clamps, and elevating platforms—to safely move, stack, and organize products, equipment, and materials throughout the facility.

Summary

• Safely load, unload, and stack materials using lifting devices
• Accurately move products and update inventory using scanning devices
• Verify all pallets for accuracy and correct discrepancies as needed
• Perform daily safety inspections and required paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Heavy lifting may be required
• Support additional tasks as assigned by management

• Certification on Reach Truck required
• Additional certifications encouraged as needed:
  Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Order Picker, Clamp Truck
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Attention to quality, accuracy, and productivity
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures
• Professionalism, ethics, and teamwork
• Adaptable to changing work environments and priorities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Stand, walk, sit, climb, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, plus depth perception
• Warehouse/distribution setting with moving equipment
• Occasional exposure to heat, humidity, and other warehouse conditions
