Cocolillys is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Lawrenceburg, TN warehouse. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dependable leader to help manage the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our business running smoothly.

Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lawrenceburg, TN, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations from receiving to shipping. This role manages inventory accuracy, ensures proper storage and organization of products, and monitors stock levels to support timely order fulfillment. The Warehouse Manager leads and schedules warehouse team members, sets clear performance expectations, and promotes a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Daily tasks include coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, supervising equipment use (including forklifts), maintaining records and reports, and working with other departments to meet customer and business requirements. The role also involves identifying process improvements, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong stock control and inventory control skills to maintain accurate counts and minimize discrepancies.
• Experience in inventory management and operations management to optimize warehouse workflows and resources.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, with current or obtainable certification in forklift operation.
• Proven leadership abilities, including supervising teams, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping.
• Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of basic OSHA or similar safety guidelines.
• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments; prior management or lead experience is preferred.
• Previous warehouse, operations, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
• Proficient with technology and inventory systems
• Ability to lift and move inventory as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations
• Manage and lead warehouse team members
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization throughout the warehouse
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Coordinate inventory counts and stock audits
• Implement and improve warehouse systems and workflows
• Monitor shipping timelines and ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work closely with ownership and management to support business growth
