Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help keep our warehouse organized and ensure customer and retail store orders are accurately picked, packed, shipped, and replenished.

Requirements

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  , as part of daily responsibilities
• Receive, unload, organize, and store incoming inventory
• Process shipments through Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS
• Replenish warehouse and picking locations as needed
• Verify inventory and report discrepancies or out-of-stock items
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Safely operate warehouse equipment as assigned
• Help maximize warehouse space and maintain efficient product flow
• Support retail stores by ensuring products are available and ready for shipment
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Work as part of a team to meet accuracy and productivity goals

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Reach truck, electric pallet jack, or cherry picker experience/certification is a plus

This position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving products throughout the workday. Employees must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
