Cabinets To Go is looking for an Outbound Dock Associate to join our Lawrenceburg Distribution Center! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in preparing and shipping customer orders by stacking, wrapping, and loading cabinets safely and efficiently. If you enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.

• Organize cabinets on pallets according to manifests and stacking guidelines
• Stretch-wrap and band pallets for secure shipping
• Load trailers using powered equipment, including electric pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts
• Strap and secure pallets inside trailers; inflate airbags to protect freight
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Heavy lifting is required; must follow safe lifting practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, and climbing
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Good vision, including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
• Warehouse/distribution setting with moving equipment
• Occasional exposure to heat, humidity, and other warehouse conditions
