Responsibilities:

• Monitor and organize employee asset and equipment records, ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
• Examine billing details, time entries, and project-related information to confirm accuracy before processing.
• Support recurring invoicing activities and assist with accounts receivable follow-up and documentation.
• Input approved invoices and other financial information into the accounting platform with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain mileage logs and other operational records required for reporting and internal tracking.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the finance department, including document handling and general accounting support.
• Contribute to special assignments and additional finance-related tasks as business needs arise.
