Your Role at KIK

The Supply Chain Planner reports into the Supply Chain Manager supporting the Pool Division. This role is based in Lawrenceville, GA and the individual will be onsite 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday. You are responsible for managing and optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain process to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maintaining high service levels.

This involves reacting to changes in demand, inventory management, production planning, procurement, and logistics coordination. This role requires close collaboration with various departments such as sales, marketing, production, and logistics, as well as external suppliers and customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner and support cross‑functional teams (PMO, Procurement, Vendors, 3PL, Sales, Manufacturing and Finance) to ensure the company meets performance targets.
  • Ensure customer demand is satisfied while preventing production schedule changes due to raw materials shortages.
  • Partner with KIK plants, suppliers, and procurement to maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials at plants in time to meet production requirements.
  • Manage new product introductions.
  • Own the allocation process should supply/service issues occur.
  • Primary owner of planning and inventory control master data parameters.
  • Perform forecasting and data analysis on existing and incoming inventory and predict stock‑out dates.
  • Identify process improvements opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Responsible for ad‑hoc analysis.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
    Business, Engineering, Operations/Manufacturing or related discipline is preferred
  • 2+ years of related Supply Chain experience
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Qlik, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP experience is an asset)
  • APICS/CPIM certification is a plus
