A fast-growing organization is seeking an eCommerce Business Manager to lead its direct-to-consumer eCommerce business in the greater Atlanta area.

- Cross-Functional Leadership Exposure: Work closely with operations, supply chain, production, logistics, finance, and customer service teams, gaining broad enterprise visibility and influence.
- Own full P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin, operating costs, cash flow, and overall profitability.
- Build and execute the annual operating plan, with clear targets, forecasts, pricing governance, and performance reviews.
- Define and manage the direct-to-consumer product portfolio, ensuring the right mix of hero products, configurations, lead times, and margin structure.
- Coordinate product availability, quality, and new product introductions with internal and external production partners.
- Lead digital demand generation and acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization in partnership with agencies.
- Own the end-to-end lead-to-sale funnel, from digital capture through nurturing, quoting, and close.
- Build and lead a high-performing inside sales model, with strong CRM discipline, consultative selling playbooks, and conversion management.
- Orchestrate end-to-end order-to-cash execution across customer service, logistics, production, delivery, invoicing, and returns, working cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities across new markets, channels, partnerships, and product categories, supported by clear business cases.
