Job Description What does this role entail?

The Project Superintendent's primary goal is to manage the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish. Our Project Superintendents work collaboratively with Project Managers and Project Engineers, ensuring the project meets schedule, budget, and quality. Working out of a job site, this position will manage one project at a time.

Essential Roles You Will Play

Creating and managing the project schedule under the lead of the Lead Project Superintendent to ensure timely completion of all project milestones; working with Project Engineers to manage and track delivery of all materials; ensuring materials follow contract documents and approved shop drawings/submittals; coordinating monthly schedule updates and distributing them to Development and subcontractors/vendors; obtaining required inspections and approvals; overseeing subcontractors/vendors;

reviewing daily reports and maintaining job‑site logs; testing and inspection efforts; managing the general requirements budget; assisting the Project Manager with procurement of subcontracts and purchase orders; reviewing design documents and submittals; managing the three‑phase quality control program; engaging manufacturers and AHJ; ensuring a safe work jobsite for all; overseeing compliance and reporting in accordance with the Safety Program; upholding integrity standards;

and performing other duties as assigned.

Experience Preferred

Exempt employees are expected to adhere to a standard work week schedule and work any hours necessary to perform the duties of the job. Must be able to perform essential job functions unaccompanied.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in construction management, engineering, or business.

Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant work experience in construction; multifamily project preferred.

Work Hours and Work Environment

Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility. Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with company, property, and departmental policies; identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions; keeps abreast of current changes in technology, leasing and sales tools, processes, and standards; attends internal and external training programs;

and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.
